Return and Exchange
Returns and exchanges are covered up to 7 days from the date of receipt of the last items that completes an order as indicated by the shipping tracker.
Products must be unused, undamaged, unmodified, not permanently installed, any protective stickers or peels should be untouched, product should be unassembled and returned in their original packaging and shipping protection containers.

Defective Products, Repairs and Replacement
Defects and damages found to be caused by manufacturing, in-house assembly, or shipping are eligible for repairs and replacement at no cost.
Products must be unused, undamaged, unmodified, not permanently installed, and unassembled and returned in their original packaging and shipping protection containers.
Repairs and Replacement are covered up to 15 days from the date of receipt as indicated by the shipping tracker.
Refunds
Refunds may be claimed as store credit, or credited back to your payment method, both less shipping fees and refund processing fees.
Refunds are only credited when the product is shipped back and reviewed by Next Keyboard Club.
We have a 25% restocking fee, any qualified refund will see this amount deducted from their order total, excluding shipping. This allows us to maintain a sustainable returns and refunds program while protecting us from taxes and fees incurred at the time of checkout.
Assembly and Repair Services
Our in-house assembly service voids your Returns and Exchange coverage as it is offered as an After-sales Service.
However, your assembled products may be covered under the Defective Products, Repairs and Replacement terms.
For accidental damages caused by the customer, we will also accept repairs at a fair cost.
Shipping
We use LBC to deliver our products. We charge only a flat-rate nationwide.
We ship anywhere in SEA and Oceania region through LBC.
After-sales Shipping
The customer covers the cost of shipping for all returns and exchanges initiated by them.
Next Keyboard Club will cover the shipping only for products that qualify under the Defective Products, Repairs and Replacement terms.
