We’re experiencing delays in the resupply of parts for recent orders starting January 30, 2023. We simply did not expect the volume of orders at the start of the year, and so our resupply coincided with the Chinese New Year – which means delays all around.
We expected parts to arrive this week, but now it’s Friday and we have not seen updates. So they are likely to arrive earliest on Monday of next week.
If your order has these parts, then you’re affected:

Once they have arrived: orders without assembly will ship out as fast as we can pack them. For orders with assembly, builds will resume the week following the parts arrive. Once the parts arrive, your orders will receive highest priority.
All affected orders will get a free shipping coupon for their next order, or traded for a shipping refund for their current orders. Please message us for the coupon.
